  1. I will hire a person who knows computer language because it might be necessary to expand the business in Japan.

  2. When we hire someone who already know a computer language, we don't need to teach them the language. So it would be better.

    However, I'm against teaching JAVA as a foreign language. Because Computer languages like a JAVA are different from language we use.

    In Japan, there are some schools where a computer language is taught as part of mathematics such as logic or procedures.
